This means that if you place an order/ orders and you are not satisfied by the product/products received, we will cover the cost of shipping you the new items, whereas, you will cover the cost of the shipping for the items you want to exchange. After sending the product back to us if you would like to order after sometime then a store credit of equal value will be reserved.

How To Request Exchange:
Within 24 hours of receiving your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied and would like to exchange or return your purchase, Please email us at [email protected] or whatsapp us at +918108080633 with following details:
- Your 5 Or 6 digit Al Hayah Clothing order Id.
- Reason of return or refund.
Note: Refund is only applicable if we by mistakely deliver you the damaged product.
Please Make Sure Following Return Policy
Guidelines Are Met:
- Items are packaged back in original packaging. I
- tems must be not damaged unworn& unwashed (No distinct odors, blemishes, signs of wear Etc.)
- We will issue your exchange once the items are received in our warehouse and they meet the returns policy guidelines.
Al Hayah Clothing will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the Al Hayah Clothing returns office.
If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; if not, all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation. Customer incurs all shipping costs for all returned items.
Damage Product Returns:
We have quality control procedure before shipping the goods to our customer. In case if the product shipped is damaged, the return shipment will remain our responsibility.
